My account is suspended or banned
Why it happens and how to ask for a review.
To keep Code GPT safe, accounts can be suspended for a time or banned when they break the rules, for example:
- asking for help with violence, weapons, hacking others or other illegal harm,
- creating many accounts to get around limits,
- abusing the service or other people.
You receive an email with the reason. A suspension ends automatically at the time shown.
If you think it is a mistake, email [email protected] from the same email address and explain. A person on our team will review it.
