Create your own agent
An assistant for one job, with your instructions and files.
An agent is your own version of Code GPT for one job: a physics tutor for your class, a support bot for your shop, a writing coach, a Python mentor.
- Open Agents in the sidebar and press Create an agent.
- Quick start: describe your idea in a sentence and press Fill in with AI. Code GPT writes the name, instructions and starter questions.
- Check and change anything: name, description, icon and colour, instructions (who it is for, how it should answer, what to avoid) and up to 4 starter questions.
- Add knowledge files (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or code, up to 15 MB each). The agent answers from them.
- Choose who can use it and press Create agent.
Press Chat to try it. You can edit it any time; changes apply to new messages straight away.
