My file does not upload
Check the file type and size.
- "This file type is not supported": see the supported types. Save Word and Excel files as PDF or CSV.
- "Too large": pictures up to 5 MB, PDFs up to 10 MB, text and code up to 1 MB. Make the file smaller or send part of it.
- Only the first 5 files were used: send the rest in the next message.
- A scanned PDF gives poor results: take clear photos of the pages instead.
